We love new ideas and are here to embrace and support your efforts. To help lighten the load, we’ve created a Do It Yourself (DIY) Fundraiser Starter Pack. It’s full of great ideas to help you succeed with your own unique way of raising money for Global Friends. From sponsorship letters and guest invites, to press releases and on-line fundraising tips, we’ve got you covered. And, if you don’t see what you need, let us know so we will create something just for you. Please don’t be shy to let us know can we help you help us.

Sometimes the simplest ideas are the best. If you need some ideas, just look below.

• host a Casino Night, Wine Tasting, Bowl-A-Thon, or Art Party
• hike, bike, run, around the neighbourhood, park, lake or camp ground
• host a sports tournament (baseball, hockey, badminton, table tennis, soccer….)
• throw a Backyard BBQ or Dance-a-thon
• have a Be the Boss day at work
